1/ 11/2025 …8 am, Saturday Morning. Store is dead. Walk up to the cold cut counter and the employee is slicing meat I assume for the grab and go. She sees me but does not acknowledge me. That’s fine. I’m not in a hurry. She goes in the back room. She come out with another meat. Unwraps it. I ask if she’s open, she says she will be with me in a moment. She starts to slice the new one. I busy myself looking at everything. She bags some meat, starts to cut more. 7 minutes. I walk away.

Everyone that works there has an ear bud in and is in an active loud phone conversation. The places is messy you'd think with all the money they are saving on cashiers they could clean up the place. I hate when I have to go there.

Ran into a couple of star employees in the toy section that were extremely helpful. Usually have difficulty shopping here. Hardly any checkout help. Grocery side, ran into at least 2 employees who couldn't speak English and thus couldn't help me find something. The grocery section was not stocked well.

Ordered a Christmas present for pick up at this location 2 weeks ago, and had my mom pick it up. Christmas Eve, I go to wrap gifts and discover that the item in the bag isn't even close to what the order was. Yes, I should have checked once I picked it up, but life happens and I assumed that one item wasn't going to result in an issue like this. Not only is the item not what I ordered, it's not even remotely close or in the same aisle. It's a toy that is about 3 aisles over and my item cost far more than the item I was given. I'd be a little more understanding if it was a similar item or even the wrong toy from the same aisle, but I have no idea how a game for older kids gets mixed up with a Bluey toy, that's just someone not paying attention at all. I double checked the sticker on the packaging and it had my name on it and even checked my email and verified I didn't order the wrong thing on accident.

I am giving another star for being able to do a refund online easily. I will be returning the incorrect item and will no longer use this service from this location ever again. So learn from my mistakes, don't order things here or do not leave the parking space until to check your item(s).

Was in here for over an hour and saw 2 gentleman standing in the seasonal section looking for women and children by the check out registers. Nothing in their carts and just standing there watching them. Noticed them when we walked in and watched them the whole time we checked out. Please watch for your own safety when in here. Tried multiple times to connect to different departments to let them know of this and nobody answered the phones and nobody else even cared to notice them.

worst customer service in the world. i have called an outstanding number of times to get my film developed and back to me that i dropped off WEEKS ago no answer ever. me and my dad called corporate higher ups and they said to keep calling but no answer of where my film it. it is more then likely gone. do not take your film pictures here or anything for that matter because there will not be an answer if you try calling. if my film got lost or anything i am going to be sad and angry for a long time i have had picture in that film camera that i have took from summer time probably all gone. if i could leave a 0 for this walmart i would. very very VERY disappointed in the poor service.

Upon checking out the rudest cashier failed to greet me. I spoke and she never uttered a word. Very unprofessional and should not be working with customer. She neglected to place all my items in my bags. I called to report it and the customer service person was very nonchalant about the incident. I informed her of the inconvenience to the customer and the poor customer service. Needless to say she didn't care.
This was the Strongsville location
