I’ve been to most of the Presidential Libraries and was looking forward to this one. The visit didn’t disappoint. The initial video before entering the museum is phenomenal and extremely captivating, even if you’re not a fan of Pres. Bush. The displays are laid out somewhat chronologically. Expect to spend at least an hour and half to see everything inside. The grave site is beautifully private, as it’s tucked away in the grove of trees behind the pond. Highly recommend taking the time to visit this Presidential Library.

Visiting may bring on nostalgia of days gone by when Honor and Duty meant something. What a good, honorable, and actually-public-service-minded president George H.W. Bush was. It says a lot that he decided to have his library at Texas A&M. Seeing the exhibits and thinking "I lived through that" was new to me. The short movie is well worth watching and will give you context to appreciate the rest of the museum. I could have spent much longer than the 3 to 4 hours we were able to visit. Locomotive 4141 and the Marine One helicopter were cool, too. The rose garden and burial site are a must. Great gift shop. Staff is phenomenal.

Toured this place with less than an hour left before they closed. It really is a well kept establishment. Everything is still pristine and organized. Loved reading up on the former presidents stories that prior to his presidential run.

Also visited the family gravesite which is also nice and well kept.

It was a wonderful experience to learn all about the life of President George H W Bush and his lovely wife Barbara. They dedicated their life to service and the stories of George as one of the youngest Naval Aviators in history and his courageous acts that earned him the Flying Cross.

A definite must visit. The 22 minute video about the President’s life was put together very well. It set the tone for the museum and was a great precursor of what was to come.
