We worked with JTD Productions for our wedding on 10/26/2024 and had an amazing experience! From the moment we reached out to Dave, he was extremely helpful, personable and has great communication skills! He helped us figure out what was best for us from the DJ selection, costs, etc. For the day of our wedding, we worked with Justin from Dave’s team and he was fabulous as well - he really listened to the type of music we wanted to play and kept people on the dance floor throughout the night. He was also very flexible with some of our changes the week leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend using JTD Productions for your next event in need of a DJ!

So happy we went with JTD and hired Shawn for our wedding! He hit all the must-play songs from our lists and every addition he made fit perfectly with the vibe we were going for. He was very flexible and checked with me first before playing some requests from guests. I really appreciate that he didn't do a lot of talking throughout the night, which was something I had specifically asked him to be mindful of. As a wedding guest myself I've never felt compelled to compliment the couple on their choice of DJ, but there were so many people coming up to us throughout the night to say how much they loved him!

Working with Dave L. from JTD to find our DJ was so smooth and pleasant! When it was time for us to find our wedding DJ, we knew we wanted a professional, reputable DJ, but did not want all the bells and whistles that so many DJ companies require (smoke machines, light packages, a DJ that is also an MC shouting "put your hands up lets go" the whole night). While that style may be for some couples, we were so pleased to find a company that would be more affordable and offer us simpler options! In the end, we worked with Dave Keating and he was the BEST! He brought so much equipment with him, his set up was amazing, the sound quality was great, he kept the volume at a great level all night, and his music choices were perfect! We didn't give him too many song requests, instead we gave him some artists we liked and styles and he did such a perfect job. He mixed in some classics and newer songs together so we had my older family and younger friends dancing all night!

Communication with Dave L. and Dave K. was wonderful. They made sure to ask us questions whenever they had them so they were properly prepared and when wedding day came, Dave K. really went above and beyond. I had some specific requests (my dad and I sand a song instead of doing a father daughter dance) and he helped to set up the keyboard and get everything prepared for that! It was something I have been dreaming of doing at my wedding for many years, and Dave K. made it happen with no technical difficulties! I truly could go on and on. All you need to know is that if you hire JTD- you will be treated like family, they will listen to your requests, and your event's music will be raved about by all!!

JTD Productions was the absolute best choice for our wedding. Dave was awesome and connected us with MK who did a phenomenal job. She recommended some playlists when we were unsure of what to play for the ceremony and cocktail hour (which were great), and she met with us before the wedding to discuss the flow and confirm songs we did and didn’t want played. Hiring MK from JDT was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. MK is an extremely talented and fun DJ. She had a perfect read on the room at every moment of the night, from cocktail hour through dinner and especially during dancing. Early in the night she got the party started by playing songs that appeal to every generation, then later in the night kept it going with a mix of more modern songs and classics. She knew exactly how long to play each song (she never cut any of the songs off too early), and her transitions were great. She did a great job prioritizing the songs we gave her and everything she played that wasn’t on that list fit in perfectly and showed how well she understood what we were going for. We also told her we didn’t want her to be a hype woman for the dance floor and she did not, she just let the music speak for itself. The dance floor was never empty, and after the wedding, one of the main comments we got from our guests was about how much fun the music was.

I cannot recommend MK and JTD highly enough. MK DJ'd our wedding and the did such an amazing job. She looked at all our requests and made sure to match the vibe we were hoping to maintain. She did an excellent job matching to music to the atmosphere of the night. She skilfully moved from mo-town to cool remixes of rock songs to hip hop and contemporary pop. She even tracked down our off-kilter requests and kept the dance floor bumping all night long. She is so talented and professional and just lovely to work with. Getting MK or any other JTD affiliate is sure to be a good choice for your wedding or any event.
