I used to stay at these apartments, and we were not allowed all these items on our patio. So when did they permit this to happen? Block your shared patio? And now it is my understanding they charge a fee for friends and family to park in the parking lot. I just don’t get it. Who's running these apartments now? Section 8 people live better then this.

Si estás a punto de alquilar estos apartamentos te aconsejo que no lo hagas tengo más de 5 meses que hice un reporte de cómo estaba el apartamento nunca vinieron arreglarlo solo me quitaron el reporte según que avían venido arreglarlo y nunca vinieron volví hacer otro reporte en mayo y asta la fecha no an venido a repararlo tengo pruebas de cómo nos tiene viviendo las estufas se dañan a cada rato estoy durmiendo en la sala por qué un baño está tirando agua del techo un baño está completamente dañado de que nunca vinieron arreglarlo el techo se cayó así que tú verás si quieres venir a meterte a un lugar donde no puedes tener paz ni tranquilidad….

Where do I begin? this place is a nightmare the maintenance staff is non-existent if you call the office nobody ever answers trash is everywhere literally everywhere they have some poor old man walking around here attempting to pick up some of the trash but people take their garbage and leave it in the parking lots and the common areas in between buildings on their balconies everywhere I just saw maintenance throwing trash over a balcony that have been sitting there for at least 6 to 8 months from people who moved out around that time they did not come back to pick it up they left trash all in front of my door I hate living here I'm working hard to get my finances in order so that I can move out of this God forsaken place please don't move here!The A section is DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE dirty diapers trash food dishes you name it it's on the ground it blows my mind how people can be comfortable living like this!

Si estás a punto de alquilar en este lugar no lo hagas por qué no vale la pena que vengas a un lugar donde no arreglan nada tenemos 6 meses con una fuga de agua en el baño y en la parte de la cocina constantemente vamos a la oficina a dar el reporte y las personas que están allí en las computadoras te mandan a hacer el reporte en línea lo haces y no hacen nada por venir arreglar
Como inquilinos que pagamos a tiempo el alquiler tenemos derecho a que nos arreglen en los apartamentos cosas que se dañan esto es inhumano que estemos viviendo así ya que todos los meses pagamos la renta a tiempo tengo 5 años viviendo en esta propiedad y siempre es lo mismo no pierdas tu tiempo en este lugar hay cucarachas es una plaga que no se quita y tengo pruebas de lo que está pasando en el apartamento tengo videos y fotos no pierdas tu tiempo en venir a este lugar si fuera por mi parte no le daría ni una estrella por qué el servicio de arreglar algo es horrible

Report: Issues with Muse Apartment Complex Management

I am writing to formally document and report the ongoing issues I have faced while residing at the Muse Apartment Complex. Over the course of my stay, I have encountered several serious concerns, which have significantly impacted my living experience.

1. Poor Communication and Unresponsiveness:
Despite numerous attempts to contact management by phone, the calls are rarely answered. This lack of availability has led to significant delays in addressing resident concerns. On multiple occasions, I have had to visit the leasing office in person in order to speak to the manager. However, the manager is frequently unavailable, further complicating any attempts to resolve issues.
2. Unhelpful Corporate Communication:
When I requested contact information for corporate offices, I was given only an email address. Unfortunately, this email has gone unanswered, making it impossible to escalate issues or receive support from higher management. This lack of accountability is extremely concerning.
3. Neglected Maintenance Requests:
Maintenance requests submitted through the portal are often left unresolved for months. This delays the resolution of critical issues that affect the comfort and safety of tenants. It seems that the only way to get attention for these problems is by physically going to the office and causing a disturbance, which is an unprofessional and unsatisfactory approach to tenant services.
4. Inconsistent and Unprofessional Management:
The need to consistently “pull up” in person and “make a fuss” to have concerns addressed creates an unprofessional environment, making it feel as though tenant concerns are being ignored unless extreme measures are taken.

This series of negative experiences has made my time at Muse Apartment Complex the worst rental experience I have ever encountered. I request that these issues be addressed promptly and that communication and maintenance systems be improved to better serve the needs of tenants.

Moved in September 1st, and NOTHING has been fixed. I haven’t been able to cook in my own apartment because they haven’t fixed my stove. None of my inventory have been fixed. The first week I was here my door got kicked in, and they didn’t do ANYTHING about it. Left me without a door knob for 2 more weeks. AND I CAN KEEP GOING. They're trash. 0stars … DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst Apartments I’ve Stayed In ! If I Could Rate Them 0 Stars I Would. From The Time I Was Projected To Move In It’s Been A Living H3LL. They’ll Wait Until The Week Your Supposed To Move In To Say Your Apartment Isn’t Ready Then Try To Down Size You From A 1 Bedroom To A Studio ? & Try To Charge You The Same Amount. I Didn’t Get To See My Apartment As Promised Before Move In. When I Finally Got My Key They Had Just Sent The Cleaning Lady Out So Unprofessional! Furthermore My Apartment Wasn’t Ready, Counters & Tub Wasn’t Even Resurfaced. In Addition Since Staying Here My Apartment Has Flooded. I Called 24 Hr Maintenance On A Saturday & They Told Me I Had To Wait Until Monday For Something To Be Done. Going To The Office Does No Justice Calling Doesn’t Help Either I’ll Call Back To Back For Hours & No One Answers. Their Favorite Excuse Is They Had Someone In The Office That They Were Helping, It’s Always At Least 3 Or 4 People Inside The Office. Why Does It Take The Whole Office To Help One Person? I’ve Literally Had To Call Code Compliance In Order To Get Their Attention That’s Pathetic. P.S. They Like Breaking Into Cars & Setting Trash Cans On Fire Please Save Yourself The Headache From Moving Here.

Ongoing Issues at Muse Apartments
Dear KPM,
I currently reside at Muse Apartments. Regrettably, my experience here has been far from satisfactory. I have had to contact the City of Dallas on three separate occasions due to persistent black mold in my apartment, which the management has neglected to address. This issue has significantly affected my daughter's health, nearly resulting in her hospitalization. I even provided a doctor's note highlighting the adverse effects of the mold on my already fragile child.

Additionally, I experienced a leak in my master bedroom that remained unresolved for four months. Despite submitting multiple work orders, sending emails, leaving voice messages, and visiting the office in person, the management failed to rectify the issue until I filed another complaint with the city. Initially, they falsely claimed to have addressed the leak when, in fact, no repairs had been made.

When I informed Muse Apartments of my decision not to renew my lease, I was told I needed to complete a form. I promptly did so, but the staff questioned why it was submitted within 60 days. My response was that Muse has been unresponsive; my numerous attempts to reach them by phone have gone unanswered, and the office is frequently closed during posted hours. The website states that the office opens at 9:30 AM, yet it rarely does so on time, which I believe constitutes false advertising.

After submitting my notice, I began to experience what I believe to be retaliation, including having nails placed under my car tires. This matter is currently under investigation by the police. Furthermore, the new apartment I am moving to has encountered difficulties in contacting Muse Apartments, despite their repeated calls and emails. I asked the representative from my future residence to remain on the line while I drove to the leasing office; I recorded the incident where, despite my presence, the leasing staff did not respond to my calls, allowing my phone to ring without assistance.

When I entered the office, the staff acknowledged the situation, and I placed the representative from my new apartment on speaker. She confirmed her attempts to communicate with Muse, but the leasing agents denied receiving any calls. Finally, one of the staff members checked her email and filled out the rental form for Paxton Apartments. I requested a copy, suspecting that they might not send it, and indeed, a week later, I was informed that the form had not been sent.

Currently, Muse is attempting to add unjust fees to my account, amounting to nearly $3,000. I would like to resolve these issues amicably without involving legal action; however, if necessary, I will pursue that route as I find this situation both unfair and unethical.
