I’ve been going to this place for over 20 years , l recently went to get a radio installed, prior to doing it the job I told them that the key doesn’t open the back door they said ok, I came back to pickup my car to find they broke the key trying to open the back door that I already told them that didn’t work. They didn’t contact me prior to picking up the car to let me no what happened, they called a locksmith to come out and make a spare copy and told me all of this when I got there,if that’s was not bad enough he told me I had to pay for the key, I’ve never been so shocked, I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this place over the years but I guess $95 dollars was worth more than loyalty. Never again

I remember I sent them my Dj equipment to be repaired, and they gave me a receipt of a new part when all they did was solder the old one

Was looking for speaker wire to re-wire my home stereo at the start of the COVIDE outbreak. Called first for wire and asked for directions, then said I’d be right over. A guy charges out of the garage to the showroom saying that no ones allowed in the store and I was to read the sign on the door. I ignored him, he should’ve locked the door and also gave me instructions when I phoned earlier. To buy from Top Auto was more economic for me because Walmart and online stores sell it at set feet, here, they cut the length that you want. Price seemed good to me. Buying from smaller local stores may cost a little more because they don’t buy in volume, making their products more expensive, however buying local supports our community’s vendors, you get your merchandise immediately, and you can see and feel what you’re buying before you pay.

John is a scam! He loves to tell everyone how he has been in the business for over 20 years and has quality equipment, but is a rookie. He does not thoroughly listen to what you want and makes you feel rushed when trying to explain the type of sound you’re looking for. His techs seem to be shady as you’re not allowed to stand in the back to see what is happening with your vehicle. I had my car audio installed here and after they were done I had white noise and was told that it was nothing they can do to cancel that sound out. Instead John had everything taken out and was told that he was unable to help me. Super expensive and bad quality.

I’ve been coming here for years and only had good things to say about them. I got a rear view camera installed a couple of years ago there and all of the sudden it stopped working . I took it there and they took care of the issue no charge( they told me it was corrosion ) . This was a few months ago , I just forgot to write the review at the time . Great place good quality and a fair price. This is the only place I go to !
