There's a reason they have poor reviews. Customer service is poor . Communication is poor . They just sound like they're waiting to clock out of work . They act like they're paying me for a service and want to claim I'm being nasty and rude when I'm told that a tech will come out the same day I pay the 200 dollars, BUT INSTEAD, I get no ETA or any communication. I HAD TO CALL THEIR OFFICE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS FOR THEM TO TELL ME THE TECHNICIAN WASNT COMING THE DAY I PAID . Claiming they can't contact my phone WHEN IT WAS ON is a piss poor way of not taking accountability for their lapse of simple communication. They also contacted me via email so how does it make sense you all couldn't send ANY tech info via email ? How does that make any sense . Don't bother with this company. Don't just take my word for it just look at the other Google reviews !!!

Company is difficult to work within regards to payment. They wouldn't take a credit card over the phone Wanted an in-person for a woman who is in a locked memory are unit. Charged $5 for $35 payment over the internet. Cancelled appointment if payment not done their way. If this is the ase, they should think twice about serving a facility based population.

Just spoke with Mr. Dave Mulder, managing partner in the company about my difficulty with the same day appointment payment for a memory care patient. He was extremely acessibel, receptive, apologized for the inconvenience, and understands difficulties associated with payment for those individuals in a facility. Was very gracious and solution oriented.

The Staff/Techs at Mobile Ultrasound are so amazing, they always go above and beyond, and exceed expectations! Very easy company to work with, Excellent Customer service, Accurate Ultrasounds, Fast Service.
Overall, Mobile Ultrasound is very outstanding, and should be a preferred service always!

My experience with Mobile Ultrasound Services was hands-down the best experience one can have when getting an ultrasound (I mean, who likes ordering/getting an ultrasound?!) - they are dependable, courteous, professional and, above all, kind.

You can rest assured that when you're being treated by this company, you'll be treated like family.
