We found Pulse Sounds on an Instagram reel one day, and everyone in the reel looked like they were having the time of their LIVES! We wanted that for our wedding and for our guests. From the moment we reached out to Pulse Sounds to the day of the wedding itself, they were helpful, kind, hilarious, and helpful! We are so so happy that we chose this DJ for our special day. Everyone was on the dance floor all night long!
My family is Dominican and my now husbands family is African American. Pulse Sounds did am amazing job blending both Dominican and African American music all night. We were very clear about not wanting certain songs played and we were really clear about our non-negotiable songs, and the DJ was PHENOMENAL at keeping everyone engaged while still following our wishes.
They also brought a photo booth and a dry ice machine for dancing in the clouds, which were both huge hits! They kicked off the garter toss, the bouquet toss, and had the funniest, most engaging commentary. We are so blessed to have had Pulse sounds. I could not recommend them enough!

Pulse is amazing!!! We got married 2 months ago and we could've have asked for a better DJ/MC for our ceremony and reception. The music choice was perfect! They really know how to cater to all people and ages. We danced all night and so did out guests - the dance floor was never empty! So grateful that we were able to have Pulse Sounds part of our special day and would recommend them to anyone needing a DJ, for any event. 10/10!!!!!!!

Two years of careful planning and timely tribute were given to secure the presence of Pulse Sounds Entertainment at our wedding, a most cherished day. While his delayed arrival was met with grace on our part, attributing it to his lack of reliable transportation, it was nothing short of disappointing to find him further unprepared, lacking the full array of services we had faithfully commissioned. To add to this grievance, our emails for the promised partial refund have been met with silence, far past the agreed-upon refund processing time given to us by a, Steve. Such disregard for honorable service is both unexpected and unworthy of occasions as significant as a wedding. If I am to offer a recommendation to others, let it be this: consider Pulse Sounds Entertainment ONLY for informal festivities, where reliability is not paramount.

I would like to thank DJ Ricky Bonds and his team for an INCREDIBLE evening the wedding was nothing short than amazing thanks to PULSE SOUNDS ENT! Pulse Sounds was my absolute first choice (even before I got engaged!) and I am so grateful to have had Ricky as our DJ on one of the most special days of our lives. First and foremost; Ricky was amazing. We were running very late, and he was so kind, understanding and accommodating. He also helped to make my father/daughter dance one of my most favorite moments of that day! He suggested I record my message to my dad before our dance and it was an absolutely beautiful moment. Oh, and he kept my family on the dancefloor all night! With Pulse Sounds, my husband and I were able to personalize the type of music we wanted to hear, and make last minute changes without any problems. DJ Ricky did an amazing job for my wedding! He did such a great job of engaging the crowd and seamlessly blended different genres of music. At the end of the night, everyone was asking me the DJ’s name because they loved the music and had such a great time. Highly recommend Pulse for any event!!
